Basis for Judging
In the past such services as General Chairman of the EMC Society Symposium, organizer of an IEEE convention session, or liaison with another society or organization have been acknowledged with this certificate. But this may also be awarded by the President of the EMC Society or by the Board of Governors and Officers at Large.

At EMC Symposium, or at other times, as appropriate.
