Nika Amralah is the Innovation and Engineering Research Lead at Raymond EMC Enclosures where she develops novel products and solutions related to shielded enclosures and EMC/anechoic chambers. Nika obtained her M.Eng. and B.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada with a specialization in Space Systems Design. She has over 5 years of experience in RF applications engineering and R&D specialist roles in the EMC industry. Since 2019, Nika holds the position of Officer-at-Large with the IEEE EMC Society Technical Committee 8 (TC8) on Aeronautics and Space EMC. Nika has published and presented conference papers at the IEEE International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility & Signal and Power Integrity, and the Antenna Measurement Techniques Association (AMTA) Annual Meeting and Symposium. Following her passion for inspiring the next generation of engineers, Nika authored the article “A Young Engineer’s Guide to Building a Career in EMC” featured as the January 2023 cover of In Compliance Magazine.
