The EMC Society provides:

• Including the conference on the Conferences & Symposia calendar on the Society web site and in the EMC Magazine.
• Distribution of the Conference call at our annual Symposium
• Promotion of the Conference call to the membership by 1 email and 1 add in the EMC Magazine
• Permission to use our logo and the words “Endorsed by the IEEE EMC Society” on the Conference web page and literature

The EMC Society gets:

• Promotion of our Conference/Symposium call to their membership by email and print publication, if any
• One full conference registration

The EMC Society provides:

• Two full conference registrations to the Annual IEEE EMC+SIPI Symposium
• Including the conference on the Conferences & Symposia calendar on the Society web site and in the EMC Magazine.
• Distribution of the Conference call at our annual Symposium
• Promotion of the Conference call to the membership by one or more email blasts and one or more adds in the EMC Magazine
• Our logo and the words “Technically co-sponsored by the IEEE EMC Society” to be used on the Conference web page and literature

The EMC Society gets:

• Promotion of our Conference/Symposium call to their membership by email and print publication, if any
• One complimentary, furnished promotional booth in the exhibit area for the EMC Society to promote the interest of the IEEE and the EMC Society
• Two additional full conference registration
• Requirements i.a.w. PSPB 
  • At least 20% of the Technical Program Committee is member of IEEE EMC-S TCs
  • Each paper is reviewed by at least 30% representatives of the applicable TC as assigned by the TC Chair
• There is a cost to publish papers in Xplore and the TAC/TCs ensure the quality of the Technical Program
• Publishing papers in Xplore costs $1450 per conference + $22 per paper.

The EMC Society provides:

• A share of the funding for the Conference
• Two full conference registrations to the Annual IEEE EMC+SIPI Symposium
• Including the conference on the Conferences & Symposia calendar on the Society web site and in the EMC Magazine.
• Distribution of the Conference call at our annual Symposium
• Promotion of the Conference call to the membership by one or more email blasts and one or more adds in the EMC Magazine
• Our logo and the words “Co-sponsored by the IEEE EMC Society” to be used on the Conference web page and literature

The EMC Society gets:

• A share of the Conference surplus (or a share of the Conference losses)
• Promotion of our Conference/Symposium call to their membership by email and print publication, if any
• One complimentary, furnished promotional booth in the exhibit area for the EMC Society to promote the interest of the IEEE and the EMC Society
• Two additional full conference registration
• Requirements i.a.w. PSPB 
  • At least 20% of the Technical Program Committee is member of IEEE EMC-S TCs
  • Each paper is reviewed by at least 30% representatives of the applicable TC as assigned by the TC Chair
