The 1999 IEEE International Symposium on Electromagnetic Compatibility Best Paper Awards

The Technical Program Committee of the 1999 IEEE International Symposium on EMC nominated the following papers for the Best Paper Award and Best Student Paper Award at the symposium which was held in Seattle in August.
